- Dudhwa National Park changes its name to Ambedkar National Park. The park was established in the year 1977 with an area of 190 km Square. There was another national Park with the Dudhwa national Park named Kishanpur National Park with an area of 204 Km square. In the year 1987-88 both parks were declared as Tiger Reserve with a total of 884 Km Square.
